About Adult Agility:
Adult Agility classes – workout and have fun at Flip Out!
Our Agility training sessions are for anyone over the age of 15, including adults. The sessions aim to increase the body’s flexibility and balance by incorporating movements from disciplines such as Trampolining, Parkour and gymnastics while completing a great functional workout.
Why should kids have all the fun? Flip Out believes people of all ages can learn to flip and do tricks.
